    B totipotency means each cell has the potential to become a total plant

    it means the potentiality of each and every cell of the plants to grow in to a new one as it has the same genetic constituent to that of its parents plant, therefore it relate to your option “C” i.e. sexual reproduction is not necessary in plants..
